QBS Strata Managers have advised that they have engaged the Director of Management Rights Advice and Service Consultants, Mr Danny Little
to present at an open information session for Owners on issues relating to Caretakers Agreements & Contracts which includes applications for extensions and other matters concerning Management Rights.

As stated, this session offers an opportunity to learn from an expert’s viewpoint, the intricacies of Caretaking contracts, including their duration. In recent times, there has been some confusion amongst Owners over just what this means, hence this initiative.
